Laging naghahanap ng matamis
sa mga suluk-sulok,
sa garapon,
sa mga bitak ng semento at pader,
sa lupa,
at sa mga mumog ng pinagkainan.
May ilang dumadayo pa sa malayo
para lang makahanap ng matamis.
Minsan nga lang
ay may namamatay
sa sobrang katamisan.
